Today I have your first look at a new collaboration beer coming from Ecliptic Brewing in Portland, OR. This is Cold IPA and it will be a collaboration with Wayfinder Beer (also in Portland, OR). The beer will be brewed with Pilsner malt and lager yeast as well as Pacific Sunrise and Talus hops. Look for Cold IPA to hit 8%-AbV and this is the 16oz can…release details pending.
