Today I have your first peek at a minty new beer coming from The Bruery in Placentia, CA. This is Thin Mint GSC and it will be a Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with mint, cocoa powder, cacao nibs and natural vanilla flavors. This previous Pilot Series beer was named Grashopper Stout and this version will hit 10.3%-AbV. This is the 16oz 2021 Edition and stay tuned for release dates.
