Here’s your very first look at a beer that I’m declaring as “most likely to become one of my new favorite beers.” Coming to us from Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, NY, today I bring you Double Chocolate Three Philosophers. This beer is a collaboration with Taza Chocolate and it will be a blend of a quadrupel ale and a kriek ale with cacao nibs added. This variant will hit 9.7%-AbV and it will be packaged in 12oz bottles that will fit perfectly in my ‘fridge. Stay tuned for release details.
