Today I have a new collaboration can coming from Modist Brewing in Minneapolis, MN. This is Don't Even Trip and it will be a collaboration with Forager Brewery in Rochester, MN. The beer will be a double IPA with Golden Promise wheat, oats and lactose that is hopped and triple dry-hopped with Simcoe cryo, Simcoe, Sabro and Citra hops. You're looking at the 16oz can and this dIPA will roll in at 8.3%-AbV. Stay tuned for release info.
