Graeter’s Ice Cream and Braxton Brewing Co. Bring Fall Pumpkin Season to Light Once Again

Graeter’s Ice Cream and Braxton Brewing Co. Bring Fall Pumpkin Season to Light Once Again

From Braxton Brewing:

COVINGTON, KY  (October 6, 2020) Braxton Brewing Company has again teamed up with Graeter’s Ice Cream to offer their popular seasonal Graeter’s Pumpkin Pie Ale, bringing beer drinkers an adult-friendly beverage that rings in the fall season with rich, warm notes of pumpkin. Delighting consumers, the drink is reminiscent of Graeter’s classic seasonal Pumpkin ice cream.

The beer is brewed with fresh pumpkin, lactose and pumpkin pie spices. Notes of golden brown pie crust are created by brown sugar and a combination of malts, making this beer an ode to a timeless harvest staple and America’s favorite flavors of fall.

The 6.5% ABV ale first debuted in 2018. Graeter's and the brewery have also released other dessert-inspired beers, including the popular Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip Milk Stout and a Black Cherry Chocolate Chip White Stout.

The brewery will be celebrating the limited seasonal release with a Pumpkin Pie Ale tapping at the Covington taproom. They will also be dishing out various flavors of Graeter's ice cream. The Pumpkin Pie Ale tapping was already at the Covington taproom at noon on October 3, 2020.
