Dogfish Head’s Analog-A-Go-Go Goes Virtual for 10th Anniversary

From Dogfish Head:

Brewery announces virtual schedule for annual Analog-A-Go-Go celebration

Milton, DE , Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2020 – Dogfish Head is excited to announce its annual Analog-A-Go-Go festival is officially a go-go! A celebration of all things craft – from beers and spirits to music and art, 2020 marks the 10th anniversary of the brewery’s iconic event, and while this year’s virtual edition will look different than those in years past, rest assured … Dogfish Head has some awesome plans up its sleeve.

“Who would’ve thought the 10th anniversary of Analog-A-Go-Go would be one of our most ‘digital’ events yet,” said Dogfish Head Founder & Brewer, Sam Calagione. “I’m bummed we can’t get together in-person to celebrate this milestone occasion but am really happy we can share some off-centered ales virtually while enjoying a whole slew of craft-centric goodness. So, mark your calendars now, folks, and we’ll see you there!”

Slated for Saturday, November 7, Analog-A-Go-Go will feature a lengthy lineup of virtual programming, including:

Live Chat with Collaborating Artist for Dogfish Head’s 2021 Off-Centered Art Series

Join Sam Calagione, as he sits down with Ryan Besch, the designer of this year’s Analog-A-Go-Go logo and the brewery’s collaborating artist for its 2021 Off-Centered Art Series. The duo will discuss Besch’s creative process, design aesthetic and how he has worked in tandem with the brewery’s in-house team to conceptualize and bring to life the artwork for Dogfish Head’s Off-Centered Art Series ales. To tune in, visit Dogfish Head’s Instagram at 4 p.m. EST on November 7.

Livestreamed Musical Performance by Mt. Joy

A powerful, folk-rock quintet, Mt. Joy has been on the road, playing at venues (like Dogfish Head’s Rehoboth brewpub) and festivals alike, since 2017. Best known for its startlingly honest music, Mt. Joy’s songs are an impressively honest portrayal of a young band facing the moment when dreams become reality and finding beauty in the exhilarating uncertainty of it all. To tune in, check out Dogfish Head’s Facebook, YouTube or Instagram at 8 p.m. EST on November 7.

But that is not all! Just before the show, Sam Calagione will talk with Mt. Joy’s lead singer Matt Quinn. Listen in as they chat music and beer, and everything in between.

Virtual Vendor Fair

To further celebrate handcrafted treasures of all kinds, Dogfish Head is partnering with a slew of artisans from places both near and far. This mix of longtime Analog-A-Go-Go vendors, as well as some other new friends, includes Rainbow Records, Frank Norton Illustrations, East Aloha and many more. Keep an eye on Dogfish Head’s website or Instagram for more information about and links to participating vendors’ online shops.

Lineup of Limited-Edition Libations
