Today I have a new wine hybrid beer coming from Bruery Terreux in Placentia, CA. This is Castle Magic and it will be an ale brewed with Tempranillo Grapes using the Pied de Cuve method (a cross between native and spontaneous fermentation—like a sourdough starter.) This 2020 Edition will hit 13.1%-AbV and it will be packaged in 750ml bottles. Stay tuned here for release info.
