Any contributions are deeply appreciated.Well, friends, we're on the verge of making it through yet another month of unprecedented weirdness, and—although it has been a herculean struggle—we are beyond fortunate to have the support of such an unbelievably amazing community behind us. You might get tired of hearing it, but we'll never get tired of saying it: Thank you for being so unrelentingly awesome. We're doing our utmost to reward said awesomeness with an increasingly bomb lineup of some of the tastiest special release beers ever beheld by mortal taste buds.
This month, we've got a lineup jam-packed with liquid gems. Miracles of fruit sorcery, monoliths of hop-craft, and the crispiest of crispy bois will all be on offer, along with the return of our beloved saison, Lomaland, and a classic and rarely-seen Polish-style crusher that we think you're going to seriously dig.
It also bears repeating that, in an effort to help out our furloughed hospitality employees, we're adding a tip item to the the page for this week's sale. 100% of the tips collected will be evenly split among our furloughed staff. If you're able to and feel like helping out, it would be appreciated beyond measure by those who have been forced to suddenly enter a very uncertain financial landscape. Contributions during the last sale were incredible, and they really mean the world to both us and those who are out of work right now. We simply cannot thank everyone enough for their incredible and humbling generosity.

ABADDON (COLLAB W/ WAYFINDER)

This Helles lager was brewed with German malts, hopped with Perle & Hallertau Mittelfruh, and naturally carbonated for a beautifully bright, effervescent character. It’s a majestically expressive take on a traditional style that’s both balanced and jaw-droppingly crushable.

PERPETUAL RADIANCE
This infinitely sessionable hazy pale was loaded to the rafters with Strata, Galaxy, and Simcoe hops. This killer combo yields a super-choice amalgam of berries, citrus, & stone fruit underscored by ultra-refreshing notes of pine. It’s a pretty excellent way to approach a balmy summer afternoon.

Our take on this classic style is a single-decocted hefeweisen, meticulously dosed with Saaz & Columbus hops. It turned out beautifully, with a luxuriously full body and delicious notes of banana, clove, and vanilla that instantly engage the pleasure synapses in a graceful dance of epicurean wonder.

GRODZISKIE
Our PDX beer-sorcerors’ take on a classic Polish style, this liquid marvel was brewed with 100% smoked wheat malt and hopped with Saaz & Mandarina Bavaria. Low in ABV and with assertive carbonation, it’s a wonderfully unique and incredibly refreshing beer style that stands a pretty solid chance to become your new BFF.

SUNDIVER
Brewed with Vienna malt, pilsner malt, and corn grits, and hopped with Tettnang and Hallertau Mittlefruh, this Mexican-style lager is crisp and ridiculously refreshing. DREAM POP W/ BLUEBERRY, COCONUT, & VANILLA
We began this utterly exquisite IPA with massive amounts of Mosaic, Strata, Cashmere, El Dorado, & Sultana hops, followed by a generous helping of vanilla. Finally, just to be ridiculous, we added huge quantities (understatement) of blueberries and coconut to create a creamy, indulgent spectacle of liquid fruit-magic.

LOMALAND
A CHAMPION RETURNS. Lomaland is an earthy, rustic Belgian-style farmhouse ale that's both complex and quaffable. It smells like hay, pepper, and friendly sunshine. Its dry, cracker-like body and lightly-hoppy finish makes it a beautiful compliment to food. We named Lomaland after the brilliantly crazy utopian community that was the first settlement built in Point Loma, the San Diego neighborhood where our fermentorium is located.

A year this unrelentingly stupid necessitates a beer this unrelentingly tasty. To celebrate our 7th annum of existence, we brewed up a seriously stellar hazy IPA that we positively STUFFED with Mosaic, Cashmere cryo, & Galaxy hops. Prepare your sensory receptors for an utterly delightful onslaught of tropical fruit, melon, and lemon-lime radness. Here’s to year 8 arriving as soon as possible!

MT7 ANNIVERSARY BLEND COFFEE BEANS
It’s been one hell of a difficult year, but that’s not going to stop us from celebrating our 7th trip around the sun with a staggeringly tasty commemorative blend. This bag of birthday radness is a 50/50 split of bourbon barrel-aged washed process Ethiopia & washed process Mexico Zaragoza. Together, they result in a seriously wonderful cup with vibrant flavors of raspberry coulis complemented by decadent notes of chocolate mousse and brown sugar. It’s a caffeinated dessert tray that we think you’ll be delighted to sample.

Important notes regarding this month's sale:
- Although some tasting rooms are beginning to reopen, you still MUST make reservations for your special release beer pick-ups.
- For the safety of all involved, you must wear a mask during pick-up. This is mandatory.
- These items have a 30-day pickup window across the board ending on 8/30/20. Yep, everything. 30 days only.
- The first day to pick-up will be 7/29 in San Diego / Los Angeles / Encinitas and 7/31 in Oakland / Portland / Santa Barbara.
- Reservations for the first two weeks of pick-up times will be available on the sale page. Again, be sure to check out separately with your reservation time, and do not add it to the cart with your beer. Thanks!
- If you try to put your reservation time in the same cart with your special release beer, the site won't let you check out. You must check out separately with your reservation time. Just make sure to use the same email for both checkouts so we can look up your order and have your beer ready for you.
- We've expanded our hours and added WAY more reservation times for this sale, so securing a time to pick up your beers should be far easier this time around.
During high traffic times, the website will sometimes display the following message when you're trying to purchase a beer: “Sorry, this product’s stock has all been reserved. Please try again later.” This does not mean that the beer is sold out. It's a site error that results from high traffic and lots of requests for a particular beer occurring simultaneously. If you wait a while and keep trying, that beer may become available again. A beer is not actually sold out until there is a "sold out" banner displayed over its image in the store. It's a rare issue now that we've improved the checkout system, but we wanted you to know that going in.
The SALE will go live at 10AM on Saturday 7/25.
