Everything Is... is a 5.2% ABV rotating single hop series of dry-hopped Pilsners. This version of Everything Is... features Strata hops. The series is a marriage of two of our favorite beer styles: Pilsner and India Pale Ale. At their core these beers are true Pilsners, each showcasing a hop variety typically found in IPAs. Born Dreaming is an 8.0% ABV hazy double IPA brewed in collaboration with Highland Park Brewery. The beer features Strata, Citra (Cryo & Incognito), & Mosaic (Cryo & Incognito) hops. This beer was our first venture into using Incognito hops, which are made specifically for use in the whirlpool. We fell in love with Highland Park's hazy and double IPAs and knew we needed to brew a collaborative beer to learn more about their particular brewing style. Hickory Diamond is a 7.2% ABV blended oak-aged beer with local strawberries from Hickory Hill and Diamond Hill Farm's 2019 harvest. After aging on a generous amount of berries from these two farms, Hickory Diamond returned to barrels for further maturation before making its way into bottles. This beer is a proud addition to our fruited mixed-culture farm celebrations, in a continuing effort to explore the historical relationship between brewers and farmers.
