Athena Tiki Painkiller is a 4.5% ABV tiki-inspired Berliner Weisse brewed with pineapple, coconut, orange, lime, nutmeg, and vanilla. Experimenting with an Athena Tiki bar for our four year anniversary party inspired us to explore tiki cocktail-inspired beers on a larger scale. Moon Tree is a 5.7% ABV pale ale with Citra, Simcoe, Chinook, and Cascade hops. This beer is easy drinking with lots of citrus and pine character nicely balanced with pilsner, oat, wheat, and Munich malts. Moon Tree has a refreshing ruby red grapefruit aroma that's balanced with a firm bitterness and piney flavors. Available for pre-purchase on Craftcellr and at the brewery on Friday, June 19.
River Ridge Red is a 6.6% ABV blended oak-aged beer with red raspberries, celebrating the crop from River Ridge Organics in Independence, Virginia. We select the very best blend of barrels to honor the complex flavor of the amazing red raspberries grown on their farm. Concurrence Blend No. 5 is a 13.9% ABV imperial stout aged in High Wire Jimmy Red Corn Bourbon barrels with coconut, Ugandan vanilla, and dulce de leche. Our Concurrence Blend series is a continued exploration into barrel-aged stouts paired with the finest quality adjunct ingredients.
