Barrel Aged Wild Saison Batch 002
Our final limited release this month is Batch 002 of our Barrel Aged Wild Saison.
For the second round of this mixed culture beer, half of the blend aged on wood for 30 months. We also introduced a dry hop in this version, with a small amount of Amarillo added a few days prior to packaging to add a floral orange zest character to the aroma and flavor. Bottle conditioning gives this beer a dry, champagne-like character, and it comes in at 4.9% ABV.
Due to high demand for our other limited release beers and a limited supply, we are offering these 500 mL bottles for presale. There is a four bottle limit per transaction. Bottles can be picked up from the brewery starting Tuesday, June 30 through Friday, July 3.
