Today I have a new beer collaboration coming to The First Fridays Collection from Boulevard Brewing in Kansas City, MO. This is Me Up A Cherry Danish and it will be a collaboration with Mikkeller Baghaven. The beer will be a mixed-culture buckwheat saison ale fermented with European yeasts and aged for 24-months in oak foeders with 2,000-pounds of raspberries and “luscious” stevnsbær cherry juice. The beer will roll in at 10%-AbV and this “short edition creative beer” will be packaged in 750ml bottles. Stay tuned for release info.
