“Tied House” will occupy Rudy’s Hall and set a new standard in hospitality as related to the limited-brewery license concept.
Lititz, PA , March 2020 - After nine years in business, St. Boniface Craft Brewing Co. is opening a
second location. Tied House will set a new standard in hospitality as related to the
limited-brewery license concept. This restaurant will not only bring locally produced beer back to
Rudy’s Hall, 27-31 E Main Street, but will also seek to add a high quality wine and spirits program
based on the ability to sell PA wines and spirits.
Tied House, taking its name from the British system of brewery owned pubs, is one aspect of what
St. Boniface will bring to Rudy’s Hall. The basement space, which has its own entrance from Main
Street, will be dubbed the Narthex and will feature small bites along with drinks that will make it a
perfect stop before or after dinner. Additionally, the second floor will be utilized as event space in
the coming months.
Dain Shirey, one of the owners of St. Boniface, is “excited to be a part of the vibrant and growing
Lititz community.” “Tied House will be unique from our current location in Ephrata,” says owner
Michael Price, as St. Boniface will continue to brew and operate their taproom in Ephrata. “We
have had so much support from our surrounding communities since we opened, including
residents from Lititz, it only made sense to stay local and do something a little different,” explains
owner Jonathon Northup.
