This morning we have a new collaboration beer coming from Firestone Walker Barrelworks in Buellton, CA. This is Big Mood and it will be a collaboration with Sante Adarius Rustic Ales. The beer will be an American wild ale fermented with white wine grapes and apricots (a blend of 40% seminal apricot wild ale West Asley from Sante & 60% 2017 vintage white grape ales from barrelworks). The blend will hit 8.1%-AbV and it will be packaged in a limited run of 519 cases of 12.7oz bottle. Stay tuned for release info.
