After maturing in an oak foudre – a giant oak aging tank – we blended in cherries, plums, nectarines, apricots, and peaches, creating a sour beer overflowing with fruit flavors and a touch of farmhouse funk. Enjoy this juice-box inspired delight with breakfast cereal, fried chicken, and cupcakes.
