Guava
In the constant pursuit of finding the perfect fruit to age on our Lambic- style base beer, Basis, we may have found the best one yet with GUAVA.
When you uncork this sour ale, you can expect to find a beer bursting with tropical flavors & aromas. We used a blend that is 20% one-year-old Basis & 80% six-month-old Basis to create the right balance of acidity & sweetness from the fruit. The result is a barrel-aged sour that is complex, approachable & delicious! Guava will be released on February 18th!
