Our beloved hazy DIPA is back and dry-hopped to the frickin’ rafters with a glorious profusion of Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic. This outrageously choice beverage sports big, beautiful notes of tangerine, pineapple, mango, and papaya and is basically guaranteed to make your world a more beautiful place to live.

DOUBLE DRY-HOPPED FINALLY OPEN IN LOS ANGELES DIPA (COLLAB WITH HIGHLAND PARK)
In honor of our second year of existence in DTLA, we’ve upped the ante significantly for this beloved DIPA, dry-hopping the living hell out of it with Citra Cryo and Strata during fermentation before a second dry hop with Citra, Strata & Centennial. What resulted is a hazy, straw-colored marvel that boasts a verdant garden of pineapple, stone fruit, and tropical aromas followed by massive notes of ripe citrus, papaya, peaches, and mango. It’s a magnificently successful beverage experiment that more than lives up to the celebration at hand.

MAX W/ STRATA IPA
This newest iteration of our single-hop IPA series sports an avalanche of Strata hops, added in abundance to a simple malt bill of 2-row and fermented with Chico yeast. Pouring golden & slightly hazy with a fluffy white head, this most excellent beverage boasts beautiful notes of passionfruit, guava, and hints of candied peach, wrapped in a pleasantly full body that we’re pretty sure is going to totally make your day.

DOUBLE-FRUITED STAR METAL
Prepare your flavor detectors for the pinnacle of tropical refreshment. We loaded this mouth-wateringly delicious super-Berliner weisse with generous helpings of blood orange, guava, pineapple, and hibiscus, effectively blurring the lines between beer and fruit punch in the best possible way. For this round, we doubled the guava addition to yield a towering monolith of tropical magic.

LOOKING BACKWARD
This tart, complex blend of sour blonds spent between 1.5 & 3 years aging in red wine barrels while mingling with an exceptionally diverse mix of sour & funky cultures. The resulting beer offers delightful sourness throughout, an earthy raw wheat character, heavy funk, and an assertive white wine character. The aroma is a charming mix of oak, barnyard, and delicate fruit character, with the white wine again making its presence heavily felt.

PROMETHEUS EFFECT
The newest iteration of the liquid marvel is a blend of of 50% Celestial City (funky saison aged in a clay amphora for 4 months) and 50% Transit of Venus (grisette aged in an oak Foeder for 1.5 months). It boasts a gentle minerality from the amphora plus lovely oak and vanilla notes from the Foeder, all wrapped in bright acidity and funk that create a beautiful marriage of complexity and crushability.

NATURAL HONDURAS LOS AMIGOS COFFEE BEANS AGED IN MODEM TONES BARRELS
**The deadline for these will be 14 days from the first day of pickups
Grown 1550 meters above sea level in the the El Socorro farming community in Honduras, these natural-process beans arrive courtesy of Finca Los Amigos, a family farm run by coffee producer David Lopez. Once we got ahold of them, they were aged in bourbon barrels which had previously housed our storied Modem Tones imperial stout, adding decadent notes of chocolate, bourbon, and oak to the existing character of pear & brown sugar. It’s a seriously magnificent confluence of our beer & coffee programs, and we’re pretty psyched for you to make yourself a cup.

- Natural Honduras Los Amigos Coffee Beans have a 14-day pickup window ending on 2/28/2020.
