Fantastic Voyage Galaxy
This beautiful saison was fermented with a mixed culture of saison and brettanomyces yeasts, then aged in French oak wine barrels for a year. Galaxy hops are added directly to the barrels, resulting in juicy kumquat and citrus notes. We then naturally re-ferment in the bottle with an additional yeast for added complexity.
We have a limited number of cases of this beautiful beer, and will be pouring it on tap as well.
Fritz Chesnut did the label art for this beauty. Fritz makes poured acrylic works on canvas that explore cosmic phenomena, geological formations and the topographical.

Crystal Visions West Coast IPA
Release on Tuesday Feb 18
We collaborated with our friends at Fort George Brewing on this Northwest DIPA that’s loaded with Sultana, Simcoe, Cascade and Chinook hops creating intense citrus with notes of pineapple, grapefruit, and pine.
We first collaborated with Fort George and Lompoc on the original 3 Way IPA in 2013. In making Crystal Visions our vision was to make a delicious classic West Coast Double IPA that contained our favorite classic and newer hop varieties.
Label art is by Portland artists Aaron Piland. Aaron blurs the line between mind and matter. Like an astronaut exploring the cosmos, he rides in a ship of the imagination exploring the mysterious inner dimensions of emptiness and form, visiting abstract landscapes that melt into the vastness of space on an epic search to bring back hidden treasures and ancient memories lost in the cosmic debris of time and space.
Check out more of his art currently on display at the Gigantic Taproom and on his site www.aaronpiland.com
