Sweetwater Brewing Company may be expanding its business beyond beer. The iconic local craft brewer has acquired a new alcohol license from the City of Atlanta for its facility at 195 Ottley Dr. NE in Buckhead. The license allows Sweetwater to operate a “distillery with liquor manufacture on premises."SweetWater Working On Distillery License & Hydroponics Terpene-Infused Hard Seltzer

On an unrelated note, SweetWater has applied for a trademark on Hydroponic terpene-infused hard seltzer…stay tuned.  The Black Cherry flavor cans are show above from a check in on Untappd.
