Modern Times Adding Foeder-Aged Celestial City With Chamomile

Today I have a new big bottle coming from Modern Times Beer in San Diego, CA.  This is Foeder-Aged Celestial City With Chamomile And it will be a dry-hopped funky saison ale aged in oak foeders with chamomile added.  The beer hits 6.4%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle.  Stay tuned for 2020 release info.  I’ve also added in Dream Pop IPA with oranges, peaches and vanilla added (7.8%-AbV, 16oz cans), Words Of Radiance DIPA (8.2%-AbV, 16oz cans), Oblivion Ring barleywine-style ale aged in Spanish Brandy barrels (13%-AbV, 22oz bottles), Glimmer Void Edition 3 ale aged in oak barrels with strawberries (7.3%-AbV 1qt 1 pint 2oz and 12.7oz bottles), Virtual Future west coast IPA (6.5%-AbV, 19.2oz cans), Extraordinary Times Medicare For All Yesterday blended stout aged in Brandy and Maple Bourbon barrels with coconut, coffee and vanilla (22oz bottles), Extraordinary Times Wizard Blend 2019 blended imperial stout double-aged in Maple Bourbon and Apple Brandy barrels (15.2%-AbV, 22oz bottles) & Beastmaster imperial stout aged in Madeira barrels (11.8%-AbV, 22oz bottles).imageimageModern Times Adding Foeder-Aged Celestial City With Chamomile, Words Of Radiance, Oblivion Ring, Glimmer Void, Beastmaster, Virtual Future & Dream Popimageimageimageimageimageimageimage
