Firestone Walker Parabola 2020 Variants Return 1/18

Firestone Walker Parabola 2020 Variants Return 1/18From Firestone Walker:

Introducing the latest vintage of one of craft’s most storied barrel-aged beers. This is Parabola 2020, a one-of-a-kind imperial stout that never fails to impress.

Aged for one year in premium bourbon barrels to gain depth, complexity and intensity, then blended and released in limited quantities.

“I am fascinated with the complexities of flavor that a barrel can add to beer,” said Eric Ponce, Vintage Barrelmaster. “I have been intrigued by the historical aspect of wood barrels and am honored to be able to work with them daily.”

PARABOLA 2020 IS AVAILABLE STARTING THIS SATURDAY, JAN. 18 AT OUR THREE CALIFORNIA LOCATIONS. FULL RELEASE IN THE COMING WEEKS.

Righteously dark and thick, with boldly balanced flavors of chocolate, charred oak, vanilla, black cherry and coffee.

Available this Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020 at our California locations with full distribution in the coming weeks. Find Parabola near you using our online beer finder. 13.6% ABV.

I AM FASCINATED WITH THE COMPLEXITIES OF FLAVOR THAT A BARREL CAN ADD TO BEER. – ERIC PONCE, VINTAGE BARRELMASTER

Also available starting this Saturday is Cocoanut Parabola, an exotic new variant — Parabola infused with cocoa nibs and freshly toasted coconut.

A must-try for any fan of rare barrel-aged beers. Ultra-limited, location-only release. 14% ABV. Visit us in Paso Robles, Buellton and Venice.
