House Project Now on Tap
Some beers are projects and some projects require beer. For the second beer in our new Brewer Experimental IPA Series, Brewer Jen House combined a Trappist ale yeast with bundles of Comet hops. House Project is imminently crushable and suited for just about anything. The hop profile contributes pithy grapefruit, tangerine, lemongrass, and Juicy Fruit flavors, while the Belgian yeast finishes dry with just a touch of cardamom.
Enjoy a pint at both taprooms for a limited time.

Prince Valium - Brandy Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
A long time ago, in a cellar far far away, slumbered the last of the Imperial Stouts in their barrels. Aged over a year in brandy barrels, this stout is not built for action or adventure, but for long conversation, a good record, and pajamas. Baker’s chocolate, black strap molasses, and a hint of caramel and black licorice rest in this beauty of a stout, with just enough brandy to keep you warm. May the Schwartz be with you!
Available on tap in both pubs for a limited time.
