This morning I have some new 2020 sour bottles coming from Almanac Beer in Alameda, CA. Foudre Punch will remain a sour farmhouse ale aged in oak foudres and this version uses cherries, plums, nectarines, apricots and peaches (6.2%-AbV). I also have a new Hopcake variant called Plum Cherry Hopcake. This beer is a sour double IPA aged in oak barrels with plums, cherries and nectarines. The beer is also dry-hopped with El Dorado hops (8.4%-AbV). These are both 375ml bottles and stay tuned for 2020 release info.
