Fat Head’s Brewery Announces 2020 Seasonal CalendarYou can click on the word “release” in any post to see the latest release calendars…now this from Fat Head’s:

MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, December 19, 2019—Fat Head’s Brewery released its 2020 Beer Calendar featuring several fan favorites and introducing two new brews. Cleveland’s most-awarded brewery has several reasons to celebrate 2019: Head Hunter IPA continues to rank as the #1 premium IPA in Cleveland, Bumble Berry Honey Blueberry Ale is now the second-fastest growing beer in the state (among Top 20 Brands), and newly-released Strange Magic IPA is already the #8 IPA in Greater Cleveland after only 6 months of availability (all rankings per IRI third-party chain data).  Following a highly success test on draft and in 6pk cans this past summer, Goggle Fogger, a German-style Hefe-weizen and a long-time pub-guest favorite will be available year-round in 2020.  The brewery’s year-round brews continue to provide diversity for craft lovers and deliver strong top-line company growth.

On the seasonal front, Special Hoperations IPA returns for a second year.   A rotating collaboration series, 2020 will see Fat Head’s partner with craft-brewing icon 3Floyds. This is the second time working with the Indiana-based brewery and their legendary Brewmaster, Chris Boggess.  Once again, a portion of proceeds will be donated to Honor Flight, an extraordinary non-profit organization which supports U.S. military veterans traveling to visit the memorials dedicated to honor their service and sacrifices. Special Hoperations will begin rolling out to bars and local stores the week of January 6, 2020.

Hop Heads will once again be able to enjoy Hop Juju Imperial IPA beyond its traditional February release window as it will return in August and December as well.  End of year seasonal standards G’Suffa Oktoberfest, Spooky Tooth Imperial Pumpkin, Holly Jolly Christmas Ale and Pimp My Sleigh Belgian-style Christmas Ale will bring 2020 to a flavorful close.  A bit of mystery still remains as a new beer – style yet to be announced – is being developed by Master Brewer Matt Cole and his team of brewers in support of the long-term partnership Fat Head’s enjoys in support of the Trail Head Fund for the Cleveland Metroparks.  More news to follow on the new brew that will replace Trail Head Pale Ale throughout the summer next year.
