We're excited to announce the last two bottle releases of 2019-- Medianoche (19 Month) and Flambé!
Medianoche
The beer that started it all! Medianoche begins as a complex, rich, and full-bodied Imperial Stout, brewed with copious amounts of chocolate malts, crystal malts, and flaked oats, then boiled continuously for nearly 36 hours to reach an entirely malt-derived (no malt extract, no dextrose, no lactose, no other sugar) starting gravity of nearly 38 Plato. preparing the beer for its long hibernation in casks. After fermentation, this massive Stout was aged in freshly-emptied 9-year bourbon barrels for over 19 months! Medianoche, which means "midnight" in Spanish, embodies the hard work, patience, and uncompromising dedication to excellence we value at WeldWerks. 14.8% ABV. Available in 22 oz bottles to-go for $26 each, with a limit of 3 bottles per person.
Flambé
We designed the recipe for this beer specifically for the rum casks, using a restrained roasted malt character to emphasize the sweetness imparted by the rum, along with a heavy addition of various crystal malts to layer even more caramel sweetness. After aging in Jamaican rum barrels for nearly 17 months, we conditioned the finished beer on ripe bananas brûléed with raw cane sugar, along with cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans. The resulting beer perfectly replicates bananas foster, the classic New Orleans dessert. 13.2% ABV. Available in 22 oz bottles to-go for $22 each, with a limit of 2 bottles per person.
Tickets will be sold online exclusively through Eventbrite, and tickets must be exchanged for bottles in person at the brewery between Wednesday, November 27 and Sunday, December 8 during taproom hours. Here are our hours for those dates:

If you are unable to pick up bottles during the pickup window, PLEASE, DO NOT BUY TICKETS! Tickets must be purchased online and will not be available for purchase in person. Tickets will go on sale promptly at 10:00 AM MDT on Saturday, November 16th. Be sure to read all of the details below before purchasing tickets!
Ticket Details
- Individuals must be 21 or older to purchase tickets, as verified by a valid photo ID at the time of ticket exchange (bottle pickup).
- Each ticket entitles the patron to redeem (1) one 22 oz bottle of Medianoche or one 22 oz bottle of Flambé, as indicated on the Eventbrite ticket. There is a strict limit of 3 Medianoche tickets and 2 Flambé tickets per person. One ticket = one bottle redemption, so a full allocation of (3) three bottles of Medianoche and (2) two bottles of Flambé requires the redemption of (5) tickets. Additional orders placed that exceed the limits will be cancelled without notice.
- The name entered as the Ticket Buyer at the time of purchase MUST MATCH the name on the credit card used for purchase. Orders that do not match will be cancelled without notice.
- Tickets must be exchanged for bottles in person at WeldWerks Brewing Co. (508 8th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631) between Wednesday, November 27 and Sunday, December 8th. Tickets (either digital or printed) must be presented in order to receive bottles.
- A valid 21+ photo ID must be presented at the time of pickup, and the name on the ID MUST MATCH the name on the ticket (no proxies).
- All bottles must be picked up between Wednesday, November 27 and Sunday, December 8 during posted taproom hours. All unclaimed bottles remaining after the pickup window will be forfeited. Orders for unclaimed bottles will be refunded within 72 hours, less a 20% restocking fee.
- All sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- Individuals who attempt to violate these policies may be ineligible for future bottle purchases, so please do not waste our time and yours by trying to circumvent these rules.
