Coco-Nator
Coming on Tuesday, November 26!
The inspiration for Coco-Nator came from the winner of our first-ever Homebrew Hang: Kristen Richards of Harrisburg, PA. Starting with a base of Troegenator wort, Kristen brewed her take on our iconic Double Bock with cocoa nibs, vanilla beans and toasted coconut. Coco-Nator captured our hearts and palates, so we worked with Kristen to scale up the recipe. Thick and chewy with notes of caramel, coconut, sweet mash and vanilla, Coco-Nator is a hat tip to homebrewers everywhere.
Availability: Limited 16-ounce cans, draft & growler fills starting Tuesday, November 26.
Blackberry Tizzy

One day, we picked up some blackberries from a roadside market and muddled them with brown sugar, lemon juice and bourbon. “Mmm,” we thought. "This should be a beer.” Blackberry Tizzy is that spirited daydream come true. Sour fermentation tempers the juicy-sweet blackberries with a touch of tartness, and a rest in bourbon barrels delivers ripples of oak and toasted coconut.

Impending Descent

The release of our colossal Imperial Stout has become an annual Black Friday tradition here at Tröegs! A year in bourbon barrels has smoothed the edges of Impending Descent, and armfuls of cocoa, vanilla and raw cane sugar make it a warm, velvety, intense beer. If you have the patience, you could tuck a few away in your cellar, but we think it's ready for your glass now.
