The Hop Concept & Societe Brewing Collaborate On Mosaic Monday

This morning we have a new collaboration beer coming from The Hop Concept (aka Lost Abbey) in San Marcos, CA.  This is Mosaic Monday and it is a collaboration with Societe Brewing in San Diego, CA.  The beer is an IPA with Mosaic hops and it was canned on Sunday and delivered on Monday to 2019 San Diego Beer Week (11/1-11/10/2019).  The beer will be packaged again and return in 2020 in 16oz cans.  Look for Mosaic Monday to hit 7.5%-AbV.
