Tröegs Releasing Scratch 392 Pineapple Lime Tart & 393 Dry-Hopped Pale Ale

From Tröegs:

We're hot on the trail of a new fruit combination for our Tart & Fruit Series. Lactobacillus fermentation lays down a tart canvas, then a second fermentation with hornindal kveik yeast makes way for the sweet tropical notes of ripe pineapple and a tart shot of lime. A touch of salt helps amplify the juicy fruit notes. We taste: tart lime, juicy pineapple, hint of salt. 5.6% ABV. Draft and growler fills available now, only at the brewery.Tröegs Releasing Scratch 392 Pineapple Lime Tart & 393 Dry-Hopped Pale Ale

The next step in our pale ale exploration showcases a new hop combination. Azacca adds notes of juicy stone fruit, Comet pulls in ripe pineapple, and Idaho 7 – a hop new to Tröegs – contributes juicy tropical fruit and citrusy white pine. A backbone built on honey malt and Vienna malt adds color and depth that helps amplify the hop profile, and a DIPA yeast adds hints of candied peach. We taste: ripe pineapple, white pine, candied peach and stone fruit. 5.4% ABV. Draft and growler fills available now, only at the brewery
