This morning we get our very first peek at a new beer entering the “healthy” category from New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, CO and Asheville, NC. This is The Purist Clean Lager and it will be a USDA Certified Organic (certified by the Colorado Dept. of Agriculture) lager that uses organic malt and hops. This beer will hit a very sessionable 3.8%-AbV and the beer rolls in at 95 calories and 3g carbs per 12oz serving. You’re looking at the 12oz can designs and stay tuned here for full release details.
