Goose Island Announces 2019 Proprietor’s Day - Nov. 17From Goose Island:

Goose Island announced today they will open their annual ‘Proprietor’s Day’ lottery next Monday, Sept. 30 for a chance to purchase tickets to the coveted event. From Sept. 30 - Oct. 7, fans of the beloved beer can enter the lottery once daily at GooseIsland.com/PropDay for their chance to purchase $30 tickets and the opportunity to try this year’s variants before the general public when released on Black Friday.

This year’s Proprietor’s Bourbon County Stout is an homage to some of the most beloved ingredients from Bourbon County variants of years past. Toasted pecans, coconut, cocoa, and vanilla mingle together to create flavors reminiscent of Tiramisu. Expect an aroma of dark chocolate, toasted coconut, and caramel to round out this decadent stout.

Goose Island Proprietor’s Day: Come celebrate the release of Bourbon County Stout a few weeks early before the Black Friday release. Goose will be shutting down the street outside of their Fulton Street Brewery for a street fest with music, food trucks, plenty of beer and BCS samples, and the bottle release – the ultimate Bourbon County celebration. Local Chicago businesses will also be sampling unique goods made with or inspired by Bourbon County Stout.
