Hop Knife Harvest IPA is now available at the brewery and throughout central Pennsylvania at your favorite store that carries Tröegs. It'll be making its way to the rest of our world over the next couple of weeks.
Hop Knife dives into the tropical end of hops with El Dorado. At the end of fermentation, this beer gets the HopCyclone treatment. A tankful of liquified hops is shot into the fermenter, circulating the oils through every drop.
"Cracking open a Hop Knife takes me right to the hop fields in Yakima," says our brewmaster John Trogner. “When we’re out there for harvest, walking the fields and talking to the farmers, those notes of citrus, pine and tropical fruit are everywhere. For me, Hop Knife embodies that whole experience.”
