This morning we get a peek at some new bottles coming from Toppling Goliath Brewing in Decorah, IA. Ladder Mash will be a pale ale collaboration with Melvin Brewing that uses Simcoe and Amarillo hops (22oz bottles). Hop Hollow will be an IPA collaboration with Eagle Park Brewing brewed with Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe cryo-hops (22oz bottles). Stay tuned for release details. I’ve also adde din the non-collaboration Dolphin Sparkles DIPA (16oz cans).
