This morning we have a new blend coming from the Firestone Walker Barrelworks in Buellton, CA. This is Rolling Bones and it will be an American wild ale fermented with plums, black currants, cherries and grapes. The beer will hit 7.5%-AbV and it was packaged on 6/5/19 in a limited run of 50-cases of 375ml bottles. Stay tuned here for full release details. I’ve also added in Champs De Fraises wild ale fermented with Strawberries (6.3%-AbV, 375ml bottles).
