Dogfish Head Brews & Mississippi Chews
For those that like having a bite with their brews, Dogfish Head suggests pairing these pints with some of Mississippi’s most iconic eats.
Try 60 Minute IPA with hot tamales. The prominent citrus and pine-flavored hops in this classic IPA provide a beautiful complement to the spiced meat filling in the tamales.
A staple of the south, po’boy sandwiches pair perfectly with Slightly Mighty. The beer’s mellow and refreshing hop profile will not overpower the delicately-fried seafood that fills this sandwich. Plus, at just 95 calories* per can, Slightly Mighty is a great, guilt-free addition to a carb-heavy meal.
Lastly, grab a SeaQuench Ale to sip alongside fried catfish. The beer’s lime tartness and slightly salty finish make it the ideal partner for seafood of any kind – catfish is no exception.
