Colorado Cider Company Debuts Blackberry

Colorado Cider Company Debuts BlackberryFrom Colorado Cider Co:

Blackberry, the newest addition to the CCC lineup, hits distribution this week. Blackberry will be the final limited release of the summer. Made with lemon peel and cascara (the coffee cherry), this cider is earthy, zesty and refreshing. At 5% ABV, this is another cider that goes down easy and can be enjoyed a few times over. Blackberry will be available in 4-packs and on draft first across our Colorado markets, with limited distribution in Arizona, Wyoming and Nebraska to follow.

Description on can:
Our Blackberry cider has the rich color of that summer fruit, and a distinct blackberry tang accented by cascara (coffee cherry) and lemon peel. As with all our ciders, it's not overdone and has a balance of fruit, earthy roasted notes, and a slight citrus note. This flavor trio is a delightful addition to our seasonal lineup!

CCC has been perfecting this recipe for months. "We are a small team here at the cidery, and we all had input into what we wanted out of this late summer seasonal. We did at least five trials, playing with the ratio of the ingredients. What we settled on is the perfect balance in which each element can be picked out alone, while also seamlessly blending together."  If you're interested in an interview or obtaining a sample, reach out to Cat
