This morning we have a bunch of exciting new beers coming soon from Bruery Terreux in Placentia, CA: Spontanaheim is a turbid mash blended spontaneously-fermented sour blonde ale aged 18-24 months in oak barrels (Puncheon Pyramid, 5.8%-AbV, 750ml bottles), Terreusco is an ale fermented with Grenache grapes aged for 2-years in French oak puncheons (10.9%-AbV, 750ml bottles), 2019 Rueuze Reserve is a sour blonde ale (Belgian-style blend of aged Lambics) aged in oak barrels (6.1%-AbV, 750ml bottles), Frucht Blackberry Berliner-style tart wheat beer aged in oak foeders with blackberries (4.2%-AbV, 16oz cans) & Cordial BBLS Bourbon barrel-aged sour stout with cacao nibs, cherry & vanilla (16.5%-AbV, 12.7oz bottles). This beer is actually based on a blend of Tart of Darkness and Black Tuesday and I assume we’ll see another revision of this with “cacao” spelled correctly on the front label.
