This morning you get your first peek at a new version of Black Ops coming from Brooklyn Brewery. This is 2019 Black Ops and the beer remains a robust stout. This version is aged in Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon barrels for months and then re-fermented with Champagne yeast to hit 10.7%-AbV. You’re looking at the 750ml bottle and stay tuned here for release timing.
