Hop Knife Harvest IPA

With hops in hand and curiosity as our guide, we conjured up the Hop Cycle to explore the possibilities of our favorite flower. The series continues onward with the release of Hop Knife Harvest IPA beginning Monday, July 29.

Hop Knife recognizes the time-honored tradition of hand-harvesting hops at the peak of maturity. At the end of fermentation, the beer flows through our HopCyclone releasing a bounty of preserved citrus rind, crushed jungle and tropical aromas.

Hop Knife drops at the brewery and across Central PA on July 29 and rolls out to all other markets starting August 5.
