Civil Disobedience # 26

On Weds., 31 July, we will introduce the next in our series of blended barrel-aged Farmstead® Ales: Civil Disobedience #26.This batch was blended in the fall of 2018 then packaged in November 2018, pulled together from several unique and independent threads—including young wine barrel-aged Arthur; puncheon-aged Anna; an experimental 14 month old buckwheat Farmstead® ale that would lead towards Samuel; and nearly 2-year-old wine barrel-aged Sankt Hans.

Visit our Retail Shop page at hillfarmstead.com for bottle limits and pricing information (credit card and matching ID required).

We will also have fresh cans of Mary, Riwaka Pale Ale, and Double Nelson! As always, check the Taproom and Retail Shop pages for fully updated offerings!

Coffee Collective

In cooperation with our friends at the Coffee Collective in Copenhagen, beginning this week, we will make available 250g bags of Kieni and Konyo in our retail shop to go. Please visit their site for more information about the coffees and the farms responsible for these wonderful offerings. Both of these Kenyan varieties are carefully and responsibly sourced and roasted with the goal of providing the highest quality product using the most sustainable, transparent, and respectful means. We look forward to sharing these exceptional coffees with you.
