The folks at Dogfish Head Craft Brewery in Milton, Delaware, and their pals at Oxbow Brewing Company in Newcastle, Maine, have been some busy bees, brewing up a collaborative beer called Kelp! I Need Some Honey. Set to release at the Dogfish Head Tasting Room & Kitchen on Saturday, July 27 at 11 a.m., Kelp! I Need Some Honey is an open-fermented Saison brewed with kelp and of course, honey.
