I Need Some Honey!’ is an open-fermented saison brewed with kelp and – you guessed it – honey. For an added taste of home, all ingredients – that includes the hops, grain and honey – used in the brewing process were sourced directly from Delaware and Maine-based producers.

The folks at Dogfish Head Craft Brewery in Milton, Delaware, and their pals at Oxbow Brewing Company in Newcastle, Maine, have been some busy bees, brewing up a collaborative beer called Kelp! I Need Some Honey. Set to release at the Dogfish Head Tasting Room & Kitchen on Saturday, July 27 at 11 a.m., Kelp! I Need Some Honey is an open-fermented Saison brewed with kelp and of course, honey. To add a little bit of each of their home states to this limited-edition beer, all of the grains, hops and honey used in the brewing process were sourced directly from Delaware- and Maine-based producers.
