This morning we get our first look at four new barrel aged variants coming to the 2019 Anvil & Stave barrel-aged series from AleSmith Brewing. These beers will be brewed in collaboration with Gravity Heights brewery and restaurant and the beers are called OG Barleywine Ale. Today we have variants that are aged in Peach Sherry barrels (10.5%-AbV), Cognac barrels (10.5%-AbV), Bourbon barrels (11%-AbV) and Islay Scotch barrels (11%-AbV). These are all 11.2oz bottles and stay tuned for release details..
