We’re one state away from offering our beer in all 50 states. That’s right, beginning in July, we’ll be sending our beer to the beautiful state of Utah.
The Beehive State will be the 49th state of distribution for us. We’ve partnered with General Distributing out of Salt Lake City and Wasatch Distributing out of Ogden to accomplish this. Beer will start shipping in July with the retail release beginning later that month at state-run liquor stores.
Some of you might be like, “wait? doesn’t Utah only allow 3.2% beer or less at grocery stores and bars?” Not anymore! Recent changes made to the state legislature have increased allowable ABVs to 5%, which means come November 1, Utahns will be able to find (some of) our beer at their grocery and chain stores in addition to the state liquor stores!
That leaves only Hawaii left to complete total US coverage. One more to go!
