We are excited to announce our newest creation. Racer 5 Mountain Rose Chablis IPA is out in our brewpubs now! This recipe is the brain child of our Master Brewer, Peter Kruger. Three weeks ago, he fell down and hit his head on the ground. “While I was unconscious, I could taste and smell the most amazing beer. I knew that once I was out of the hospital, I had to get to work on this recipe immediately” Exactly 5 minutes after his release from Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, the newest craze in craft beer was a recipe.
This beer was scheduled to be released in a 750ml bottle, but it was decided it fit more in a can. Founder Richard Norgrove Jr explains the in-depth reasoning for the switch in serving vessels, “We figured that we just bought a canning line, so we should use it.” “We hope to release this beer in a boxed format very soon. We just ordered the same system that the top boxed wine producers use.”
We hope you enjoy this fruit forward, yet somewhat not fruit forward and somewhat gross ale.
