Here’s your first peek at a new bottle coming in 2019 from
Elysian Brewing in Seattle,
WA. This is
Savage Journey and it will be a rye IPA that will be part of the Manic IPA Series. The beer will be brewed with Enigma and HBC 472 hops as well as vanilla, flaked and malted rye. If that’s not enough fun, the beer will be aged in Bourbon barrels and packaged in 22oz bottles. Look for Savage Journey to hit 6.8%-AbV and stay tuned for full
