At last! We meet again for the first time for the last time!
We're delighted to revisit one of our most sought-after Stasis Project releases with the timely February unveiling of Jam the Radar 2019.
In late 2017 we began to brew our World Beer Cup 2016 Silver Medal winning Darkstar November Imperial Stout base in staggered increments to more thoroughly develop the nuanced complexity the perfect blend of barrels aged eight to eighteen months would bring to the finished beer.
Our brew team made their diligent barrel selections to build this year’s much-anticipated vintage -- old age for bold barrel notes, 10 - 12 months for silky vanilla viscosity, and the very best of a few eight-month aged "fresh" barrels for a pop of 14% warmth. We finished this year's release with an inspired blend of decadent cacao nibs and raspberries both red and black for a dessert beer that truly drinks like the liquid form of its chocolate truffle inspiration.
