We're kicking off the next 12 months of special release magic with a truly majestic sale lineup. This host of staggeringly tasty beverages will be going up for grabs on Saturday at precisely 10AM, and quantities--as per usual--are hella limited; we would recommend alacrity should you wish to get your fill. Headlining this festival of flavor will be Radix, our very first cider (!!!), accompanied by a host of hazy hop-sorcery, barrel-aged fruited funk, and a truly exceptional pilsner that we don't recommend sleeping on.

RADIX: SINGLE VARIETAL WICKSON CIDER
OUR FIRST-EVER CIDER!! We cannot overstate how stoked we are that this is finally a thing. Radix was born from Wickson apple juice, fermented with house cultures, aged in wine barrels, and finally, bottle conditioned for maximum sparkle. Prepare for a dry, complex, funky trip through an orchard of sunlit happiness. We even wrote a cider blog post for all of those inquisitive minds out there looking to learn more.

DOUBLE DRY-HOPPED DINOSAUR WORLD DIPA
The triumphant return of this beloved, hazy behemoth is nigh, double dry-hopped for an even more staggering onslaught of flavor magic. Packed with utterly absurd amounts of Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, Citra Cryo, & Mosaic Cryo hops, it’s an explosion of tangerine, pineapple, mango, and papaya radness that’s about to take your face by storm.

TRANSMOLECULAR IPA (COLLAB W/ GIGANTIC BREWING COMPANY)
We got together at the Belmont Fermentorium with the homies at Gigantic Brewing to whip up this cold IPA (fermented with Kolsch yeast and dry-hopped at fermentation temperature). We used some extremely bomb Mecca Grade Estate malt and a king’s ransom of Mosaic, Ekuanot, Denali, Crystal, and El Dorado hops, yielding a hazy juice-bomb of the highest caliber. Taste the teamwork.

SHRINE OF THE FORSAKEN GODS (COLLAB W/ JESTER KING BREWERY)
Now in its second iteration, this formidably tasty flavor-beast began as a collaboration with the excellent folks at Jester King. Brewed with a simple malt bill of pilsner, oats, and spelt, we pitched both breweries’ respective house cultures into open fermentation vessels before racking the beer into red wine barrels where it fermented and rested for many months. Finally, we dosed it with, like, so many raspberries. The end result is an outrageously tasty beer with an intense raspberry aroma that carries through to the flavor alongside a funky, rustic acidity that is an absolute joy to apply to the taste buds.

POLY RYTHMO
Prepare to experience critical levels of refreshment. We brewed this hoppy pils with Weyermann's Bohemian Pilsner malt and a sprinkling of Carafoam before hopping with Spalter Select, Hallertau Mittlefruh, & Saaz and lagering at 32 degrees. The end result is both insanely quaffable and delightfully complex, with notes of jasmine, honeysuckle, ginger, cardamom, and lemon-lime citrus, with a slightly more robust body than our other pilsner offerings.

AVATAR OF MIGHT TIPA
Seeing as this is a month of firsts, why wouldn't we releases our first-ever canned Triple IPA. This 9.5% spectacle of hop-sorcery was built on a malt base of 2-row, Golden Promise, Maris Otter, malted oats, and golden naked oats before being stacked to the rafters with a hop bill of Nugget, Mosaic, El Dorado, Citra, Amarillo, and Experimental 06277. What awaits your taste buds within its hazy depths is a complex, glorious amalgam of citrus, berries, and tropical fruit that is virtually guaranteed to leave you exceedingly pleased with your purchase.

Important notes regarding the canned special releases DDH Dinosaur World DIPA, Avatar of Might TIPA, & Transmolecular IPA:
- While the rest of the sale has the standard 3-month pick-up window (ending 3/15/2019), the pick-up window for DDH Dinosaur World, Avatar of Might, & Transmolecular is 30 days only. That means that the last day to pick these up is on 2/17/2019. No exceptions.
The first day to pick-up bottles and cans will be 1/16 in San Diego / Los Angeles / Encinitas and 1/18 in Portland. We'll be hosting release parties at all locations on their respective first days for pick-up. We'll have a bunch of special beers on tap, and there will be no shortage of good vibes, so that'd be a pretty ideal time to grab your beers.
The sales closes on Monday at midnight, so make sure you get your fill before it does.
