Odyssey Beerwerks Woods Monk Quad Returns Today (12/7)From Odyssey:

ARVADA, CO – Odyssey Beerwerks is bringing back their Woods Monk Barrel Aged Quadruple Ale, 2017 Silver Medal Winner at the Great American Beer Festival in the Wood- and Barrel-Aged Strong Beer category.

The traditional Quadruple Ale is brewed from rich imported malts and aged six+ months in bourbon barrels, giving it body, sweetness, and depth. Bursting with complex yeast aromas of dark fruit, brown sugar, and subtle spices, Woods Monk weighs in at 9.4% ABV and 31 IBUs.

Woods Monk will be released at 5:00pm on Friday, December 7, on draft and in 22 ounce limited release bombers at the brewery only. Taste of Texas food truck will be on hand serving up southern-style barbecue and more.
