Possum Claus 2018
Bourbon Barrel Aged Pecan Porter
The 2018 Possum Claus starts out as our brown porter. We then use this to fill up freshly emptied Kentucky bourbon barrels and age for several months. After aging, the beer is racked into a stainless steel tank. At this point we add freshly toasted Mississippi pecans to the beer for an additional aging period.
