Here’s another new bottle coming from the Wicked Weed Funkatorium in Asheville, NC. This is Dulcifera and it will be an American red sour ale fermented with blueberries and Ugandan vanilla beans that is aged in first-use Bourbon barrels for over a year. This is batch # 256 and the beer will hit 7%-AbV. You’re looking at the 500ml bottle and stay tuned for release info. I’ve also added Vinifera Bourbon barrel-aged American sour ale flavored with raisins, hazelnut and walnut extract #31 (500ml bottles & 9.6%-AbV).
