This morning we get our first peek at Blender Project 010 from new Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, CO and Asheville, NC. This is Foeder Frambozen and is New Belgium base beer Oscar sour brown that is 100% acidified in Foeder # 20 for 12-months and then refermented on raspberries in Neutral French oak for 3-months and finished on cocoa husks from Nuance Chocolate (with a dash of mint). The beer will hit 7.9%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle. Stay tuned here for release info.
